Contact Things Orchestrator
Use the GitHub repository for support, security reports, and project questions.
Support and questions
For installation help, bug reports, or feature requests, first read the install, client, operations, and trust guides. If the guides do not answer the question, open a GitHub issue with the Things Orchestrator version, the operating system, the command that failed, and the complete error text after removing credentials and private account data.
Do not include a Things Cloud password, bearer credential, private Things titles or notes, receipt database, private host name, or raw sync capture in a public issue. The maintainer does not need those values to begin diagnosis.
Security reports
Do not open a public issue for a vulnerability that could expose credentials, private Things data, or write authority. Follow the repository security policy and use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting flow. The policy defines the supported release and the information that makes a report actionable.
Project identity
Mats Varnskuhler maintains Things Orchestrator. GitHub is the project's public source of truth. This site has no sales team, hosted account system, newsletter, or customer database.
